Finding the Wound: A Relational Flow Companion Tool

Finding the Wound

Select the patterns that genuinely feel familiar. There is no right answer, and choosing several is normal. At the end you'll see which core wounds surfaced most, and the human need each one connects to.

Before you begin

How this works

Below are short descriptions of how different core wounds tend to show up day to day. Check any that feel familiar, even if only sometimes. This is not a diagnostic tool, it's a starting point for noticing which patterns are most active for you right now, so you know where to look deeper.

There are 23 patterns across six human need categories. Take your time. When you're ready, the results will show your closest matches and link directly to the relevant wound and need handouts.

Your closest matches

These are ranked by how many of your selected patterns connect to each wound. The wound with the most matches is usually worth starting with, but all of them are worth reading if they resonate.

Each wound handout includes healthy and unhealthy expression, the specific hole in the bucket for that wound, and the four step process for working with it. Each need handout goes deeper into meeting that underlying need directly.
