Every workshop is designed to leave kaiako and teams feeling seen, capable, and equipped rather than overwhelmed or judged. Donna's approach frames nervous system responses as intelligent and protective, not as problems to fix.
Workshops can be delivered as a standalone session or as part of a series. Bespoke content design is available for teams wanting something built specifically for their context.

All rates below are for workshop delivery only. Bespoke content design is scoped and quoted separately. Mixed audience groups including staff and parents together are charged at the staff professional development rate. All prices in NZD. GST will be noted on invoice if applicable.

Full day rates include standard morning tea and lunch breaks. Presentations through scheduled breaks are quoted separately. Travel charged in addition at standard rates.

Full Day Bookings
Travel for full day bookings is charged at the IRD mileage rate only ($1.04/km return), petrol at cost with no time component added. The exact return distance will be confirmed at the time of booking.

2 Hour and Half Day Bookings
Flat travel rates apply to reflect travel time for shorter bookings.

Booking and conditions
Booking and payment
A 50% deposit secures your date. The balance is invoiced after the session. Bookings require a minimum of 10 working days notice.
Cancellation
Cancellations within 5 working days of the workshop date forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 2 working days are invoiced at the full rate.
Group size and resources
Rates apply to groups of up to 20 participants. Groups above 20 are quoted individually. Participants receive digital resources via QR code at the session.
Bespoke content
Where workshops require bespoke content design or new material creation, this is scoped and quoted separately prior to booking.
